On April 13, 2022, Leviathan came out as bisexual. After he got burnt out of Fortnite song parodys, he announced that he is no longer making Music due for him cant do parodies anymore but he can still do it and has moved onto Gaming by collaborating with fellow Youtubers Purpled, BoomerNA, Wallibear and Luke. He then made more parodies, then eventually creating remixes of his parodies. The same idea was used by YouTuber pipsi a month prior.Leviathan created his channel on December 2, 2015, then created his first music parody on December 18, 2018. In February 2021, the meme regained popularity following a viral TikTok by user gold.in.the.gutter in which Patrick Bateman listens to "Chug Jug With You" (shown below). Patrick Bateman Listens to Music refers to a series of edits based on a scene from the 2000 film American Psycho in which main character Patrick Bateman walks into his office in his headphones listening to "Walking on Sunshine." In the edits, various songs are edited in, with Bateman representing the Chad meme archetype. Following the viral popularity of the song in February 2021, memes describing the events that occurred in Tomato Town as horrific and tragic gained popularity online. Tomato Town Massacre refers to a series of memes referencing a lyric from "Chug Jug With You" in which its author Leviathan sings about scoring ten kills in Tomato Town. As of February 10th, 2021, these are the two highest-viewed videos using the sound. On February 6th, posted a Fortnite parody video set to the sound, garnering over 5.8 million views in 4 days (shown below, right). On the same day, uploaded a screen recording to TikTok showing a comment string consisting of all the lyrics to "Chug Jug With You" in time with the song, garnering over 2.8 million views in 9 days (shown below, left). In the description they write, "made this one night after hearing this song and having a prophet like vision about it."Ī one-hour long version of the video was uploaded to YouTube on that day by doidinho da silva br, garnering over 72,000 views in the same span of time (shown below, right). On February 1st, Vasqueezy posted a lyric video for the song set to various images of Morgana from the Shin Megami Tensei video game series to YouTube, garnering over 7,000 views in a week (shown below, left). The original sound for the video, titled, "Chug jug with you," quickly grew in popularity, with over 40,000 videos attached to it in just over 2 weeks. On January 24th, 2021, uploaded an animated video to TikTok set to the song of a man walking through a large crowd which disperses as he approaches, captioned, "literally nobody: Fortnite kids irl:" garnering over 500,000 views in 2 weeks (shown below). Shortly after it was uploaded, 10 seconds of the video (from 00:08 to 00:18) were claimed by UMG, leaving a small gap in the YouTube upload. Many commenters make note of the song as being surprisingly good and shower it in positive praise both ironic and not (examples shown below). Listeners found the song comedic for its Fortnite-themed lyrics, the catchy beat, and the fact that the song is clearly sung by a young boy. On November 10th, 2018, Leviathan uploaded a parody of Estelle and Kanye West's "American Boy," inspired by CM SKITS' video, to SoundCloud, titled, "Chug Jug With You." The track gained over 350,000 plays and 1,400 likes in 2 years. The video was also shared on Instagram by private meme page le_meme_jesus, an account with over 200,000 followers. The video was reposted a number of times to YouTube, gaining hundreds of thousands of additional views. I really love to chug jug with you, we can be pro Fortnite gamers." In the video, a shirtless person dances over various Fortnite screenshots to a poorly sung parody of Estelle and Kanye West's 2008 song, "American Boy" featuring the lyrics: "Take me to your Xbox to play Fortnite today. On September 16th, 2018, CM SKITS uploaded a video to YouTube titled, "Let’s play Fortnite!!!!" (shown below).
